All sales are final once the agreed-upon goal and deliverables, as discussed and outlined in the service agreement, have been met.
If the client is not satisfied with the deliverable, they may request revisions as outlined in the service agreement, and we will work to meet their expectations.
If a project is terminated before completion, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on the work already completed.
If the agreed-upon goal is not achieved as a result of our efforts, we will refund the portion of the payment corresponding to the unmet goal.
